An IRS tool makes completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form easier. In a tax tip, the IRS is advising college students and their families that, when filling out the FAFSA form, they can use the IRS Data Retrieval (IDR) tool to obtain tax information necessary to complete the form.
