Fees increase for annual business report filings in New Jersey. The NJ State Treasurer reports that the filing fee for for-profit business entities increases from $50 to $75 for all annual reports due on or after July 1. For nonprofit organizations, the annual report fee increases from $25 to $30 for all annual reports due on or after the same date. Entities that paid annual report fees prior to July 1 that weren’t due until July 31, Aug. 31 or Sept. 30 aren’t required to pay the increased fee amount.
