Senior Manager, Litigation & Valuation Services Group
Cg Advisory, LLC

Gina Bianco (Berkery), is a Senior Manager in Cg, a Springline company’s Litigation & Valuation Services Group. She provides forensic accounting, valuation, and litigation support services, analyzing corporate and personal financial data and developing financial models for business valuations and individual cash flow analyses. Her work supports attorneys and individuals in family law and shareholder disputes, and includes identifying unreported income, tracing assets, identifying and quantifying premarital and marital assets, evaluating opposing expert reports, and determining income for support calculations. Gina also assists with case strategy and serves as a testifying expert witness in depositions and at trial.

With a settlement-minded and solution-oriented approach, Gina is passionate about helping clients and their families navigate difficult transitions and move toward closure and new beginnings. She brings a fresh perspective to the field and is committed to making forensic accounting and valuation services more accessible for middle-market matters, helping clients protect their assets from being unnecessarily consumed by legal and expert fees.

Gina also performs in-depth client, industry, market, and competitor research to support her analyses. Prior to joining Cg, she worked as a senior auditor serving small- to mid-sized businesses, as well as nonprofit organizations and common interest realty associations. She also spent six years working across the full accounting lifecycle, with experience in bookkeeping, tax, audit, and payroll. Her extensive background in accounting and risk assessment provides a strong foundation for her work in litigation and valuation services.

Gina earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rutgers University in 2018 and obtained her Certified Public Accountant license in 2021. She is also trained and certified in mediation in New Jersey. Gina is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and supports the Monmouth and Middlesex Bar Associations. Outside of her professional work, she volunteers her time and financial expertise with local animal rescue organizations, where she also helps train, walk, and care for dogs.
