Jared Gaines, has more than 20 years of commercial accounting and financial leadership experience, providing strategic accounting, financial management, and advisory services to organizations ranging from small businesses to large international enterprises. His broad industry experience includes healthcare, construction, technology, nonprofit organizations, manufacturing, and professional services. With a proactive, hands-on approach, he works closely with clients to navigate complex financial challenges, strengthen operations, and achieve their long-term business objectives.
Throughout his career, Jared has held executive leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer and Regional Controller, where he developed extensive expertise in technical accounting, mergers and acquisitions, revenue recognition, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic business planning. He has managed accounting and financial operations for both privately held and publicly traded companies, helping organizations improve financial performance while maintaining compliance with evolving accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Jared earned a Master’s degree in Accounting from Rider University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
