RYAN HAAG, MBA is a Senior Manager in Cg’s Litigation & Valuation Services Group with more than 15 years of experience in business valuation and forensic accounting. He specializes in performing and overseeing business appraisals and financial security valuations for a variety of purposes, including marital dissolutions, shareholder disputes, mergers and acquisitions, and gift and estate planning.
Ryan has dedicated his career to providing valuation and forensic accounting services in both litigation and non-litigation contexts. His litigation-focused work includes business and financial asset appraisals, asset tracing, forensic accounting, and analyses of income available for support. He also has extensive experience delivering valuation services for shareholder buyouts, financial reporting, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), and gift and estate planning.
Ryan has been qualified as an expert and has provided testimony on business valuation and income available for support matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In addition to his client work, he frequently presents to accountants, attorneys, and judges on topics such as business valuation and support calculations.
Before transitioning into financial services, Ryan completed 12 years of distinguished military service in the U.S. Army and the Pennsylvania National Guard, including multiple overseas deployments and three mobilizations to Iraq.
Ryan earned his Master of Business Administration from La Salle University in 2011 and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Millersville University in 2008.
