Ryan Haag, is a Principal in Cg, a Springline company’s Litigation & Valuation Services Group, where he manages complex litigation support and business valuation engagements. His areas of expertise include business and financial asset valuations, forensic accounting, asset tracing, and analyses of income available for support calculations.
Ryan has extensive experience providing business valuation and forensic accounting services for closely held businesses and multi-million-dollar corporations across a diverse range of industries. His valuation experience includes healthcare practices, hedge funds, private equity funds, and other complex financial interests. He also provides non-litigation valuation services for shareholder buyouts, financial reporting, ESOPs, mergers and acquisitions, and gift and estate planning.
In litigation matters, Ryan provides financial analyses related to marital dissolutions and shareholder disputes and is qualified to provide expert testimony on business valuation and net income available for support purposes. He also presents to attorneys and accountants on topics including business valuation and support calculations.
Ryan holds a Master of Business Administration from La Salle University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Millersville University. He also holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.
He is a veteran with 12 years of distinguished and decorated service in the U.S. Army and Pennsylvania National Guard. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors and attending his children’s sporting events.
