This past Monday, New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy signed into law the Clean Stormwater and Flood Reduction Act allowing municipalities, counties and certain authorities in New Jersey to establish stormwater utilities. The goal is to help local authorities prevent future flooding and manage sources of runoff pollution.
