
Christina Lazaro, CPA, is a seasoned accounting professional with more than 17 years of experience in public accounting. She specializes in financial statement audits, serving a diverse client base across a range of industries, including professional services and nonprofit organizations.
Christina brings extensive expertise in planning, coordinating, and executing audit engagements. She partners closely with clients to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards while delivering efficient, high-quality audit processes tailored to their unique needs.
In addition to her audit work, Christina has a strong background in tax preparation, with experience supporting individuals, small businesses, corporations, and nonprofit organizations. Her broad technical knowledge enables her to provide well-rounded, strategic guidance across a variety of financial and regulatory matters.
Christina also holds the AICPA Not-for-Profit Certificate and has experience working on Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) audits and related filings. She assists clients in navigating the complex regulatory and reporting requirements associated with these engagements.
Beyond her professional work, Christina was an active member of the St. Jude Walk/Run Event Committee from 2010 to 2024. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Monmouth University in 2009.
