Reminder: October 17 Tax Return Extension Deadline

If you’re one of the estimated 19 million taxpayers who’ve requested an extension to file their 2021 tax return, the filing deadline is Oct. 17. The IRS is reminding those taxpayers that they don’t have to wait until mid-October to file. If you have all the necessary information to file a return, contact us or file electronically at any time before the October deadline to avoid possible delays in processing your return. If you contact the IRS, you’ll likely interact with a voice bot, otherwise known as the IRS’s Automated Collection System. Voice bots are intended to help callers navigate interactive voice responses to simple payment questions. Contact us for more personalized service. © 2022
