Attention New Jersey employers: The state has updated its “NJ Health Insurance Mandate” website. Included is guidance for employers about reporting requirements under the NJ individual health insurance mandate. Starting with the 2019 tax year, employers are required to file health coverage forms through NJ’s system for filing W-2 forms. The forms must be submitted electronically by 2/15/20. The state plans to post further instructions on the site as details develop. © 2019
