  • Court-appointed accounting expert in matrimonial matters, providing business valuations, cash flow and lifestyle analyses, asset tracing, and equitable distribution analyses for complex litigation.
  • B.S. in Accounting from Monmouth University, member of AICPA and NJCPA, and an experienced expert witness and speaker for the legal community.

Gina Bianco

  • Specializes in forensic accounting, business valuation, and litigation support for family law and shareholder disputes — including asset tracing, unreported income identification, and support calculations.
  • Testifying expert witness with a settlement-minded, solution-oriented approach, committed to making forensic accounting and valuation services accessible for middle-market matters.
  • CPA with a B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers University, trained and certified in mediation in New Jersey, and a member of AICPA.

Ryan Haag

  • Specializes in business valuation, forensic accounting, and asset tracing for closely held businesses and multi-million-dollar corporations across industries including healthcare, hedge funds, and private equity.
  • Qualified expert witness providing litigation support for marital dissolutions and shareholder disputes, with additional experience in non-litigation valuations for M&A, ESOPs, and estate planning.
  • MBA from La Salle University, CAIA-designated, and a 12-year U.S. Army and PA National Guard veteran.
