W. Thomas Fulton, CPA, has more than 30 years of experience in litigation support, forensic accounting, private industry accounting, financial planning and business appraisals. His extensive expertise includes matters concerning business valuation, divorce, shareholder or partnership disputes, contractual disputes, accounting economic damage assessment, and business leadership and management.
Mr. Fulton has knowledge and accounting experience in many areas of business and professional practices performing forensic analysis and due diligence services in a variety of industries. Additionally, his skills include leadership, focus and direction while acting as a CFO in the retail and wholesale distribution sectors.
Mr. Fulton has been court appointed as mediator and frequently facilitates mediation in matrimonial matters. His services include providing business valuations, cash flow analyses, asset tracings, damage assessments and investigations into dissipation of assets for a variety of legal settings.
Mr. Fulton has been a frequent presenter for continuing legal education including speaking engagements in front of the Monmouth County Bar Association.
